Food/Work: L&W Oyster Co at James Beard House

Last month’s shoot at the James Beard House was a dinner hosted by L&W Oyster Co, the new(ish) spinoff of Almond. Watching chefs Jason Weiner and David Belknapp and their team was a pleasure.
